Black & White

Black & white photography is where it all started with the first ever photographic image being taken by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce nearly 200 years ago. To this day black & white remains as present and practised as it was back then. I love shooting in black and white as you can create more drama with the use of contrast which perfectly suits the fine art street style of images I try to create. To me it seems to capture the moment in a more timeless and evocative way and simplifies the focus on the subject. Here is small selection from some of my street photos taken mainly in London, but also from some of my many travels.
